(Published Monday, Oct. apartment parking lot Friday night is fighting for his life at an area hospital. in the 3700 block of Hayes Street NE. He was shot in the parking lot of Mayfair Mansions apartments, right next to a neighborhood playground.

Boy Shot in Northeast Washington

A young boy, about 8 years old, was shot in Northeast Washington Friday evening. Police believe the boy was an unintended target. News4’s Darcy Spencer has the latest.

Responding officers cradled the boy and transported him to cheap jerseys a hospital in a police cruiser.

“[The neighborhood] is a http://www.cheapjerseys11.com/ ghost town. I’m scared to come outside,” one neighbor said.

“I would just like the community to keep praying for my little brother. at some point it all needs to end before everybody is doing what we’re doing as a family,” the victim’s sister said.

Two men were also injured in the shooting, having suffered non life threatening injuries. Police haven’t said whether those men are victims or suspects as they piece together what happened that rainy Friday night.
